Max joined Innhome as a director with over 30 years of experience in Management and Business Development in diverse industries such as Real Estate, Accommodation, Media and Commercial Technologies.
Senior roles include: Retireinvest, Pure Water Systems, Wattsgreen, Shower Aeration Technology, broadcast, newsprint organisations as well as worldwide resort developments and markets.

Max joined the Innhome brand to target emerging markets.

In 2004, Max was gifted with a liver transplant and upon recovery became an advocate for organ and tissue donation in Australia and overseas. He has worked as a volunteer for Donate Life and ambassador for Transplant Australia. Max tries to live his life in honour of the unknown donor and family who consented to give him the Gift of Life.
Ben Emerson
Head of Operations
Ben is an experienced technology and operations team manager with over 15 years in leading technology and operational solutions across diverse fields such as Real Estate, Hospitality, and Entertainment.
As the owner of the technology and operational portfolio of 'serviced living' platform Innhome, Ben led teams on the East Coast of Australia to deliver continued growth in the business. Managing the evolution of the company from a start-up venture, Ben has continued to grow the Innhome brand to develop a multi-sided digital marketplace for modern living, ensuring client satisfaction.
Ben looks forward to continuing successes and growth as an innovative leader, strategic consultant and technological entrepreneur within the industry.
